As some questions show up over and over again I use that little section of my website to answer the most frequent ones.

Q: Are you single?
A: No I´m not. While I appreciate and feel flattered by the cute loveletters I get send to my mail-adress, myspace etc. I´m happily living with the most amazing man alive since September 2005.

Q: Where are you from?
A: Höchst in Odenwald. Don´t be frustrated if you don´t know where that is - most Germans don´t know that either. There is basically nothing but cows and forrests. The only thing Höchst is known for is that table-tennis superstar Timo Boll comes from there, too. Currently I´m living in Germanys Capital of Fashion, Düsseldorf.

Q: What´s the deal with "von Bolanden"?
A: While it seems to be a big fashion to choose artist names with vons in it, it actually is a reference to my family history. The von Bolandens had their prime time during Emperor Barbarossa, however not for longer than like 300 years. It seems we are a side-line or something. Now about 750 years later our pretty castle is in ruins and all that is left is a slightly altered family name and a rather cool emblem. Maybe I´ll scan it some time.
